Why would the top 1% want to share their self-serving advantages with the other 99%? They will take the necessary measures to protect their position and privileges. How will they do this?

• By building a top management team composed of incompetent but loyal personnel: This top management will always feel indebted to the administration that put them in those positions, and at the same time, they will always know that those positions, which they didn’t earn through merit, can easily be taken away from them. Therefore, the Meritocracy System cannot actually go beyond a utopian romantic story.
